Curbside Pickup

To help customers get the products you need, our team is now offering Curbside Pickup at participating locations. Most orders can be ready within two hours at all Ontario Quebec City and Gatineau stores. No waiting for deliveries or couriers!

After selecting your product on golftown.com, click the “Pickup In-Store” button. If the item is available at your preferred location, click “Select Store” then close the window. Add the item to your cart. When checking out, ensure that “Pickup In-Store” is selected under “Delivery Options.” We will send a “Ready for Pickup” email when your order has been processed and packaged.

Due to high order volumes, buy online, pick up in-store orders at all locations may take up to two days for your order to be ready.

There is no shipping charge for curbside pickup!

Once your order is ready, a “Ready for Pick Up” email will be sent to you. At that time, you can drive to the store and park in one of our curbside pickup parking spots. Call the store and provide them with your order number, parking spot number and name and one of our associates will bring your order directly to you car.

If your order number does not match our records, your order will be returned to the store and we will investigate the order.

We will send you a “Ready for Pickup” email once your order is ready to be picked up. Please do not go to the store before you receive this email.

Yes, they will need to have a copy of your “Ready for Pickup” email with them and a copy of their photo ID.

You will have 7 days from the time you receive your “Ready for Pickup” email. On the 8th day, your order will be cancelled.

Orders placed online cannot be modified, however if you would like to cancel your order, please contact Golf Town customer service at 1-844-360-9969.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted curbside. Golf Town offers a 30-day return period for all purchases made online. If your local store is temporarily closed, the return period will be extended for an additional 30 days once our store re-open.

All online orders can be returned by mail to one of our two online return processing centers, the instructions are listed on the back of your packing slip. For this method, we do not provide a pre-paid shipping label and the shipping fee is non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

We will only accept returns on items that are in its original condition: unworn, unused, and unwashed with all the original tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, swimwear, undergarments, or products that are worn or damaged.

If the item that you would like to purchase is not online, you can call your local store to see if they have it in stock. If they do, you can pick this up via curbside pickup and pay with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Union Pay or debit card at the time of pickup using a wireless PIN pad. Only “chip & PIN” enabled cards will be accepted. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash as a tender at this time.

Golf Town Limited requires and collects certain pieces of information at the time of pick-up for security purposes, including photo identification and license plate numbers for curbside service. By selecting the use of in-store or curbside pickup, you are consenting to the collection of such information.
